Located in the rapidly growing Rama 9 business district of Bangkok, ARTALE Asoke – Rama 9 by Ananda Development PLC is a collection of luxury single-detached houses designed with the concept of “Penthouse on Ground.” These private residences offer spacious living environments for three generations while boasting beautiful design and functionality. Central to this project is the use of materials that provide a balance between aesthetic appeal, durability, and sustainability, aligning seamlessly with the high-end vision of ARTALE Asoke.
A light, open design aesthetic.
Creating a cohesive and functional design for ARTALE Asoke presented several key challenges. The products used needed to integrate seamlessly into the luxury aesthetic while offering the durability necessary to withstand the high humidity and intense sunlight of Bangkok—both of which can impact the longevity and appearance of traditional building products. The materials also needed to be structurally integrated into the building’s framework to deliver the light and open design. Additionally, the project also required sustainable solutions to match its forward thinking vision. In response to these challenges, every material was selected with the utmost attention to detail. Conwood products were chosen as they were uniquely suited to meet these specific requirements.
