An Inviting Gateway to Luxurious Living
The Riviera is a premier residential project situated in the rapidly developing area of Tangerang, near Jakarta. It embodies the essence of modern, upscale living, featuring a diverse range of amenities designed to enhance comfort and convenience. The development includes landscaped gardens, recreational facilities, and quality building materials, catering to a variety of residential options, including apartments and landed properties. The design of The Riviera reflects a contemporary aesthetic with functional spaces and high-quality finishes, making it a desirable community for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.
Design Challenges in Creating an Iconic Entrance
The design process for The Riviera’s entrance gate presented several challenges. The cluster gate was originally designed in the shape of an “H,” planned to be constructed from iron. However, the massive 30-meter gate faced issues related to selecting the appropriate type of iron and the high costs associated with such a large span. The design team aimed to create a structure that would symbolize the elegance and modernity of the residential complex, but the suitability and budget constraints of iron materials posed significant obstacles. After careful discussions, it became clear that a more efficient material was needed to achieve the desired design without compromising quality.
Conwood: The Key to a Stunning Entrance
To overcome these challenges, the design team made the strategic decision to utilize Conwood, a versatile and innovative material known for its adaptability and efficiency. This shift not only optimized the project’s budget but also allowed the entrance gate’s design to be refined for aesthetic and structural harmony. Conwood’s lightweight properties simplified the installation process, while its durability guaranteed long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. This change elevated the project’s efficiency and showcased an entrance that seamlessly embodies modern design and the community’s forward-thinking vision.
