FLOOR APPLICATION | CONWOOD BEYOND D-LOCK
Lock the first panel of Conwood Beyond D-Lock at the very edge using SDS screws or Countersunk screws at every 30cm distance and cover/fill it using tile grout and then touch up with paint that matches the color of the panel.
Continue by screwing directly along the groove at the edge of the panel at a distance of 30 cm. Do the screwing normally and not too hard.
Install the second panel as close as possible to the first panel, make sure the interlocking system is working properly. Repeat the above method for the next panel.
Lock the last panel by screwing it from the surface of the Conwood Beyond D-Lock using SDS or Countersunk screws and cover/fill it with tile gout and then touch up with paint that matches the color of the panel.

Wall Application | Conwood Beyond C-Lock
Use an iron frame with a thickness of 1.6-3.2 mm with a distance of 60 cm.
Install the C-Lock 2.5 cm from the floor, tighten with screws firmly.
Mount the first “Conwood Beyond C-Lock”. C-Lock Device (C-Clip) on the pre-installed C-Lock device.
Then install the C-Clip on the top of the Conwood Beyond Lap Siding panel device as a lock on the Conwood Lap Siding board that has been installed as shown in picture number 3.
Install the next “Conwood Beyond C-Lock”, C-Lock Device (C-Clip) on the C-Lock device following the previous installation steps.

TECHNICAL DATA
Storing and Transporting Conwood Beyond Products
Conwood products should be stored in a flat and dry area. It should be supported with hardwood 1.5 inches above to protect against rainwater and dust.
Conwood products should be stored on a level surface and not more than 100 cm high, supported by hardwood every 50 cm.
Lifting Conwood products must be carried by two people, always in a vertical position, by lifting both ends of the sheet approximately 50 cm from the end of the sheet.
